Technology
The use of various CAD and specialised fenestration software packages, gives us exceptional advantages in the design and manufacturing process. We can assist clients with design ideas and provide them with accurate visual representations of products.
Because all our products are designed in software that incorporates wind loads and structural requirement calculations, clients can rest assured that the quality and integrity of all our products will comply to SANS and AAAMSA requirements. We are also able to assist with fenestration calculations for energy efficiency compliance using software that provides better, more accurate values than the default SANS 204 Table 6 values.
Taking final measurements with the aid of high end lazer equipment and relaying that information to cutting sheets through the use of CAD also ensures that even extremely complex designs, consisting of irregular shapes are produced accurately.

Aluminium Advance provides a general supply and installation service to the Eastern and Southern Cape regions while the rest of South Africa and neighbouring countries are serviced on a supply-only bases.
